1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account with Enma Labs, connecting Enma to Telegram, or using our CA firm automation services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease all access and usage of the platform.

2. Platform Services & License

Enma Labs provides an enterprise AI software platform designed for Chartered Accountant (CA) firms ("Firms") to automate document workflows, invoice parsing, bank statement reconciliation, and client queries. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our platform solely for your internal professional business operations.

3. Onboarding & Token Security

To onboard clients securely, Enma Labs employs cryptographic token handshakes with a 30-minute expiration window. You are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring onboarding links are delivered securely and only to authorized client representatives.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, api endpoints, and Telegram integration tokens.
• Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized integration attempt or token compromise.

4. Data Protection & Regulatory Compliance

All data uploaded, transmitted, or reconciled through Enma Labs is governed by our Privacy Policy and the legally binding Data Processing Addendum (DPA). In using this platform, you represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary consents from your clients before uploading invoices, bank records, or financial files containing personal or proprietary business information.

5. System Limitations & Disclaimer

While Enma Labs achieves high extraction accuracies using modern OCR and LLMs, the platform does not constitute professional accounting or legal advice. CA firms must review and audit critical tax filings, ledger reconciliations, and outputs before finalizing government submissions or advisory reports.
